What is Clayball?
Clayball is a new AI powered tool that directly plugs in to your dental clinic's system to do actual work that saves you meaningful time. The general day-to-day administrative tasks that require handling of high volume paperwork can be easily completed by the program. It will continue to do the most tedious tasks without having time constraints even when the clinic is closed.
With the help of Clayball, more time is allocated for your team to focus on person-to-person details that improve your patients' experience with your clinic and boost retention rates for your practice.
Clayball is able to complete tasks on its own that would require human supervision by linking AI machine learning algorithm and input control. The first continuously scans the computer screen to visually understand what is being displayed which informs Clayball of the appropriate next action, which is sent to the input control to direct the use of the mouse and keyboard to carry out the action.
Our first task with the program is to handle insurance documents, in a way that they are automatically organized and easily retrievable for future reference. Clayball will sign in to multiple insurance websites and check daily for new EOBs and Pre-D papers, and when spotted, the program will download the papers and read through them to retrieve the information to identify the patient, such as the full name, date of birth, and patient number. It will then store the documents in the corresponding chart for you to easily read through them whenever necessary.
