The program visually sees and understands what's happening on your computer screen with an AI machine learning algorithm.
After Clayball logs in to each insurance website, the screen is scanned for new EOBs or Pre-D documents by looking for unique id numbers. If new digits are spotted, the id is recorded onto a data file for future reference and the new document is downloaded.
The program then reads through the papers to pull out the relevant information to identify the patient for recording in the chart. (Which in the example is erased for privacy)

Yes, we'll come to your clinic if it's within the 48 contiguous state.
How quick is the setup process?
We provide our own computer for free that has the program ready. It'll take us 30 min to input the sign -in info and to link your patient chart.
If there is an issue, what support do you provide?
You can always message us the problem you're having, and we will remotely do fixes on the laptop same-day.
How does it sort through the documents?
The program is able to visually understand what is showing on the screen and react on it.
How does it use the mouse and keyboard?
The program also has function to send input to carry out actions based on that is visible on screen.
Are more insurances available for handling?
We are adding additional insurances which will be distributed through program updates.

We are expanding Clayball's ability to provide timesaving actions in your clinic's administrative tasks. It will soon be able to provide you a personalized report of a patient's insurance eligibility status based on that day's schedule. Every morning before the team gets there, the program will go through the patients listed to visit you that day and check for their insurance status in the corresponding website. Then, it will write up a report of each person's status and send it to your team at the front desk, allowing them to bill accordingly.
